We are wanting to visit nashville in a few weeks..........we will have a total of 5 kids and 1 baby with us while we are there...

So total part of 10.....I was thinking it might be better to get a cabin but wanna be pretty close to downtown and the malls...does anyone know of any?? We really like the country feel and our hubs like to hunt and fish so most of the cabins would prolly work good....

I was just trying to stay at 100 a night or less though....

I found tim fords cabins but it's not really close to nashville.....she said it was 79 a night there.......

If not I thought about staying at the Guest house inns or the Radisson.....well see I guess...

Any fun things to do that won't break the bank with a family our size???

Here are a few ideas of places to bring the kids while in Nashville - which are free - Tennessee State Museum, the Warner Park Nature Center (615-352-6299), Opryland (great to walk around with the kids - it's an indoor tropical oasis! But, food is pricey), and the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. Call the park to see if there are any events while you're visiting. Also, while not free, Nashville does have a zoo - so you may want to check them out too.

If you can find a place that for $79 which will house all 10 of you - I'd look into it - but wonder what it will be like...(scary?) It'll be mighty hard to find a place for $100 or less a night for a group your size. Have you thought of a campground....seriously!

Whatever you decide - hope you have a great time!
