My wife and I are currently living in Denver, CO. We are moving to Nashville next spring. We are very excited, but neither one of us has ever been out there. Looking for advice on what parts of town would be a good place to start looking for a house.

Hello,
Re Relocating from Denver, its hard to recommend areas as that becomes an issue for the real estate licensing board!
However, I can tell you that to the south of Nashville in The Franklin area, there is a bias towards the equestrian property and facilities. You be able to see the range of homes by using the interactive map at www.Nashville.com/realestate
To the north there is Old Hickory Lake and this obviously lends itself to water based sports.
If the schools systems are importnat you can review all the school reports and links at http://schools.NashvilleBuyers.com and http://www.k-12.state.tn.us/rptcrd05/
Hendersonville to the north of Nashville is one of the growing areas due to the completeion of I65 N which has hindered the growth for the past 7 years. There is also an extension to the Vietnam Veterenes Blvd from I65 in to Hendersonville that will be extended to Gallatin. There is also an associated growth of new retail outlets to cater for all the new growth.
Mt Juliet has almost opend the new rail system will positively impact the growth of this commuter community as well as the development of lots of new retail outlets at the multi use complex at Providence.
If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me.
Thx
Gary
