I'm looking for a good CHIPINO. (a kind of fish stew with shell fish and various other types of fish). I'll be celebrating 50 lbs of weight loss soon, and I'm dying for some chipino. I live in the Bellevue area == anything in a 25-30 mile radious would be fine.

I hear Mambu serves a dish like that - but it's with rice. It's called a Brazilian Style Paella.
