View Full Version : Median home prices in Nashville?
I am wondering if an agent out there has any information on the median home prices in Nashville? Is now a good time to buy or sell? Thanks for all your help and responses

Difficult one to answer as the Nashville market is made up of so many submarkets but the median price overall is around the mid to high $200,000 range ie around about $275,000
Different areas the media price would definately be much higher. For instance the Brentwood area would probably have a median sales price closer to the mid $400,000 range.
Nashville is still seen as an undervalued market and as a result a lot of buyers are from out of state from areas where the entry level for a single family home is much higher. Being voted the best city for companies to relocate to, for the 2nd year in a row, has helped to reinforce this perception and reality.
2006 has already got off to a good start. We'll see how the rest of the years goes.
Have sellers out there noticed more and more buyers coming in from out of state?
