Inexpensive, But Nice, East Side Of Town

We are coming to nashville in august, our friends live in Mount Juliet, but we want to stay somewhere closer to the music scene, but inexpensive. any suggestions?

It seems to have gotten very good traveler reviews and cater to the music scene.

The one on Hayes is in a better location timewise (the one on music Valley is a good 20 minute drive away and you'd have to traverse Briley Parkway and the interstate. This one is about 10 away from Ryman, etc. and it's less complicated to get to/from downtown as it's one street over from Broadway).
