Although I'd love to read through all the posts on the board, time wise.. it's impossible. I'm afraid I'm going to miss something I should read or waste time reading stuff that doesn't really apply.
I am relocating to Nashville area come mid-October. No plan.. just throwing suitcases in the Jeep and heading South. Spent the last ten years freezing in Maine, time for a change!!!!

I'm multi-talented, hard working with alot of varied experiences, both work and volunteer. My work has been mainly in production management, advertising, sales, call center, office administration.
Cheerful, respectable, hard working and dedicated to work. I have excellent references and recommendations from past employers and associates. Country at heart, won't be happy living in the city, but want to be close enough to work and photograph the city.
My needs: rental, house or single property, with a lease option would be a plus. Rural..
I'm a quiet, law abiding, very clean. Good references. Rent to own? Fixer Upper in a good area okay!
Work... full time.. a must with a fair living wage.
I come highly recommended and will give my employer 110% and more of what I am being paid!
