Compilation CD

I have a compilation cd that is almost finished, ready for mixdown at a studio close to my home in Maryland. Does anyone have any major contacts, artist with hits, managers, and producers looking for songs. I am new to this site, and this is my first cd that I wrote all the words and music, and produced. I've been a writer for many years, but not country. I came from a rock background, and this is my first Country CD. If anyone can help with some top of the line contacts please let me know.

Am sorry, I didn't write this was a country CD, it has a good mix of old, new, and something very new. Sorry I've been so long repling, been busy. Tell me what your into, when you get the time. I'm heading out that way shortly.

You're writing your own music which is great. Now you need to get the your music and name out there. Try this guy too - I don't know anything about him, but noticed he's posted on this forum: http://www.johnbohnaudio.com so it's worth a shot to check him out.

Just came back from Nashville with my first compilation CD that I made in DE. As a first timer to Music Row I can tell you keep it smiple, join NSAI, and don't let it get you down when your songs don't become a overnight success. Stay committed to your journey, and good luck. Nashville is a great town, whatever your flavor of music is, Nashville has it. 12 Ave Taproom, killer Jazz off the cuff, Monday nights.
