Hi!
Our family is considering relocating to the Nashville area - but I've been reading a number of replies stating that the pollution/allergies in middle TN are HORRIBLE! We've already gone through that when we moved from the coast in CA to the Phoenix area 4+ yrs ago and would like to avoid it again if possible. (It too sits in a basin and the pollution is a nightmare)

Can any help clarify if there are any areas around the Nashville area that are not in a "fish bowl"?

Also, any good links for executive level sales jobs?

Thanks! :p

Hey there! Well, the bad news is that there is no denying Nashville's reputation for its negative effects for those with allergies. What sets off your family's allergies? Ragweed and pollen are the worst here and nasal drainage is a huge complaint. Have you talked to your doctor about it? You already know the problem here, but everyone reacts differently, therefore, I would weigh in heavily to what doc has to say and/or recommend.

The good news is that Nashville is a wonderful place to live, people are friendly, schools are great...and just perhaps your allergies will only be seasonal which can be controlled with the right meds. If you could swing it, before making a huge move, come out to Nashville for a week or two during fall or spring to see how you you all do.

Hope it works out for you - best of luck!
