Hi--
Does anyone know of any company that rents out houses/condos in the downtown Nashville area for the weekend. I'm traveling there for a bachelorette party in April and we have 12 girls going so far--but want to stay somewhere that's walkable to downtown (trying to cut down on cabs). Thanks!

Hey Allen - I don't know about any condos or houses for rent in downtown Nashville - but just wondering why you wouldn't to stay in a hotel? That's likely your best bet if you want to walk to all the hot spots...

I know, it makes the most sense--but I figured if we could rent a house for the weekend, that would be much more cost effective than 4 hotel rooms. And we'd have a full kitchen so that way we could cut down on "eating out" costs.
Allen,
There's Music City Hostel about a mile from downtown Nashville. May be bare bones, but if you're looking to save some $$$$ and have a kitchen, this might work for you. I think they let 4 (possibly 5) people in each room and it's like $25 a person! Common areas include a kitchen and living room. Also, there's a patio out back. They don't have a curfew, but 'quiet time' starts at 11pm. That wouldn't bother you all anyway as I suspect you'll be partying the night away in Nashville.
Also, I have heard mixed reviews about the area, but it is walking distance to Vanderbilt University, so should not be all that bad.
Hope this helps!
