When you stay in a B&B in nashville what do you look for? Location, food, ammenities - what makes a great B&B

Good location is a MUST! While I would not prefer a B&B right in the middle of the action - I want to be fairly close to it all. Of course, it has to be clean, quiet and good ole southern hospitality is always a winner with me! A good choice is Linden Manor Bed and Breakfast which is about a mile and a 1/2 from downtown.
