Is the Grand Ole Opry really worth the money? Also, a dinner cruise on the General Jackson?

If you're really into country music - you should go see a show at the Grand Ole Opry - it really is a great time. If you're 21 or so and want to party - go to Broadway and have a blast. As far as the dinner cruise - again - it depends on what you're in to - what type of scene are you looking for?

Country music is good. Laid back is good. Nothing too strenuous for senior citizens!:o

Then I would think you would enjoy a Grand Ole Opry show - It's laid back and casual. Go have fun!

YEssss!!!! i thought it was really neat the way you see so many acts old and new!!!!! we had front row balcony and it was pretty sweet to see everything and you can even go down to the main floor from up there and go right up to the stage to take a picture. It was great I def recommend it!!!

The Opry is worth seeing. I remember my best friend & I went to go see it 8 or 9 yrs ago. We got our money's worth.

Gosh!! If your a classic country person you'd NEVER ask that !!!
I'd give anything to be able to move there and be surrounded by it all!

The General Jackson I didn't care for. At the time when my best friend & I were there we got on The General Jackson @ the Golf Course & the boat didn't move at all. It was suppose to be a dinner & show cruise & the boat didn't move at all. I enjoyed the Grand Ole Opry.
