:mad:A federal judge in Nashville ruled Wednesday that the new and lethal injection procedure is cruel and unusual punisment!We have a similar ruling going on in California,where i live.This makes me mad because the person(s) that inmate killed made "it" a terrifying and excruciating death for that human being. I want that killer to have lots of pain when he dies.

In my opinion, the persons who committed a crime, whether it be murder, child molestation, etc. should die or go through the same thing they did to their victims...... Want to talk about cruel and unusual punishment, think about what they put their victims through. What kind of punishment do they think that is????????????:mad:

Yea, I have to agree. I mean - you brutally kill someone and then you get to live the rest of your life - sure in prison, but you're guaranteed three meals a day, a roof over your head and you get to keep in touch with friends & family. No dice man - you gotta go!

Thanks for your replys to about the excution method that stupid Federal Judge ruled on. I hope he feels a "pain" if he does not get elected for another term!
