Collier and McKeel is made about a mile from the Tennessee State Capitol in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. The building was built in the late 1800's and was the production facility for an early automobile, the Marathon. Our 570 gallon copper pot still was made by Vendome Copper and Brass of Louisville, Kentucky, a company that makes stills for the biggest names in whiskey.

George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey
If you only know Jack, you don't know Dickel
1950 Cascade Hollow Road, Normandy, TN 37388
Price : $9.00 to $50.00
George A. Dickel discovered that whisky made during the winter was smoother than whisky made in the summer. So, George Dickel is the only Tennessee whisky to chill the whisky before it goes into the charcoal mellow-ing vats. This filters out the oils and fatty acids inherent in most whisky products. The creator of the finest sippin' whisky in the United States declared his whisky was the equal of the finest scotch. Consequently, in keeping with the Scotch whisky tradition, he dropped the "e" in "whiskey."
