2-bedroom townhouse to share in LaVergne

I am looking for someone to share the cost of renting a two-bedroom townhouse in LaVergne. It’s located right off Murfreesboro Rd., about 10 minutes from Hickory Hollow Mall and about two miles from highway 24. It's a roomy place...1300 sq ft. The available bedroom has its own private full bathroom and walk-in closet. It's fully furnished (except for the available bedroom). This will be a 12 month lease (a shorter lease can be discussed) with the 1st month rent and a deposit (refundable) paid at move-in. Here's the situation: I personally lived in this house a few years ago and have been renting it out for the last few years. One of the two people living there will be moving out by the end of April (but will move out sooner if I can find a renter) and the other person really loves the place and wants to stay there but needs to have someone to share the cost.
